Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing access to App Builder Hub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is a digital education product and workflow toolkit that helps you plan, build, and ship software using AI tools. Access includes course material, prompts, templates, and copilot tooling, depending on the tier purchased.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@johnnybodegas.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans (Explorer, Builder, Founder) are one-time purchases that grant ongoing access to the included features at the time of purchase. Pricing, included features, and slot-based promotional pricing are described on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely by PayPal, which issues your receipt.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute the course content or templates, (b) reverse engineer or scrape the Service, (c) use the Service to build or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing material, or (d) attempt to bypass authentication, billing, or rate limits.

The Service includes AI-assisted features (Copilot, prompt builders, audits). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating anything you build with our tools before relying on it.

You retain ownership of project memory, prompts, code, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service (storage, retrieval, AI inference, support).

If you purchase the Founder tier, additional 1-on-1 services (intake, blueprint, retainer scope) are delivered as described in your retainer proposal. Hours, deliverables, and timelines are documented per engagement and are not unlimited.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any business, revenue, or app-launch outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Refund eligibility after termination follows the Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
